Boxycharm- January 2017!

It’s time for an un-boxing… again! Watch me un-box my Boxycharm for the month of January, and subscribe to my YouTube channel!

Boxycharm is still my all-time favorite subscription service! Each month seems to get better and better! These are the products that were included in the box this month:

The first item in my box this month was the Amazing Konjac Sponge by the brand Gorge ($18.00). In the package, the sponge is rock-hard. The directions say to soak it to soften/increase its size. The sponge is meant for the face and neck, and is supposed to balance, deep-cleanse, as well as exfoliate the skin. I haven’t tried a sponge like this before, but I will definitely give it a try! The next product featured in the box this month was the Pour Femme Deluxe Roller Ball by the brand English Laundry ($25.00). I typically cringe whenever I receive any type of fragrance in subscription services because I am SO picky! As soon as I opened this, I couldn’t get over how pretty the roller ball was! It is Ombre (starting with white and ending in hot pink). So I crossed my fingers as I opened it up to smell and was so surprised with how amazing this fragrance smells! If I had to describe the scent I would say it’s very fresh, clean, and feminine. You have to smell it for yourself!! The third item included in the box was the Fan brush by So Susan ($18.95). I own several highlighting brushes, but not a fan brush! So I was glad they decided to throw that in this month! The quality of the brush seems to be ok, but I will know more once I was it a few times. Like I have said in previous blogs, brushes are one of my favorite products to receive in subscription services because I almost ALWAYS get so much use out of them! Next up, a duo Highlighter set by Vintage ($35.00). The perfect product to go with that fan brush! The two shades of highlighters are called “Rose Quartz” and “Chocolate Diamond”. I couldn’t think of more perfect names for these shades. I don’t own any highlighters like these. I have to admit that I was a little hesitant if these shades would work for my skin tone because during this time of the year I am extremely pale. The last item in the box this month was the Mineral Glow Bronzer by PUR ($25.00). I think their packaging is great; very crisp and clean. Although I did like the texture of the bronzer, unfortunately the color is just too orange for me (at least during this time of the year).
