Stitch Fix Offer!

Just received an email from Stitch Fix with a special offer! If you sign up to receive your first “fix” using my referral link, and have it scheduled to ship by July 28th, each of us receives $25 in credit!!!  If you’ve been contemplating signing up, now is definitely the time!

For those that are unfamiliar with what Stitch Fix is, it is my new favorite subscription service! Stitch Fix includes clothing (tops, pants, shorts, dresses, and skirts), as well as accessories (shoes, jewelry, handbags).  Included in each “fix” are five items.  Stitch Fix also includes a style card with pictures/ ideas on how to style the items you receive.  One of the best parts of this service is that you do not have to sign up for recurring “fixes”.  You can choose to schedule a “fix” whenever you would like to, which I think is just awesome.

When you sign up, you fill out a detailed personal style survey so that the stylist in charge of putting your “fix” together can choose items that work best for you.  For example, you can choose prints/ colors you like or want to avoid, how you like things to fit, and how much you would be willing to spend on items, etc.  There is a general note section for your stylist that allows you to request specific items, or ask for styling for a specific event, etc.  My favorite part of the personal style survey was that you are able to link a Pinterest board to your account that your stylist is able to view to see which pins inspire your style.

You pay $20 to have a “fix” shipped to you.  Should you choose to purchase any of the items that are sent to you, that $20 gets applied to your order.  Stitch Fix will give you 25% off your entire order if you choose to purchase all five items that you receive.  Stitch Fix includes a bag for you to return the items that you do not wish to purchase so they make it very simple and easy.

  1. Does the $25 just get applied as a credit on our account? So once we pay the $20 to get our styling fee, we will have $45 on our account left correct?

    1. Good question. I can email Stitch Fix to verify. I was under the impression that the $25 would get credited to your account right away and that it could be used towards the $20 styling fee. But that’s a great question. I’ll let you know what I find out!

    2. So I did email Stitch Fix to clarify. I also re-read the email they sent me, and I believe you are correct. So you would pay the $20 styling fee and once you receive your “fix”, you would then have an additional $25 in credit added to your account. I’ll let you know if I find out differently. Thanks for checking!!

    3. Hi Marissa,

I did receive a response from Stitch Fix, and wanted to share:
Thanks for reaching out. When you’re friend receives the $25 credit for using your referral link, $20 of this credit will go to her first styling fee and $5 will remain to apply towards a merchandise purchase or another styling fee. Hope this helps!

Feel free to follow up with any other questions or concerns you might have. Wishing you a lovely weekend!
      Regards,
      Rachel
